Stanley Kubrick's Killer's Kiss was one of the last of his films I until recently hadn't seen (during the fall I was addicted to film noir). It's one of his early work and a minor noir and the plot isn't all that mind blowing. But, it has some great scenery; the ballet scene (as seen above), the murder in the alley, the chasing on the roof tops which then leads to the fall out in the mannequin factory. Although Kubrick's The Killing is an awesome noir, this flick somehow made a bigger impact on me (probably 'cause The Killing is so fucking thoughtful and good and extremely kitschy). Whilst this one works great as a tranquilizer, which subsequently means that Killer's Kiss is great to fall asleep to. Which isn't bad at all.
